FAQ

What is Pull? A fully on-chain claw machine protocol on solana with EVM support. Machines are stocked with real tokenized assets (memecoins, SOL, xStocks, pre-IPO tokens, gold, graded cards and NFTs), and every pull is decided by verifiable randomness.

How can the payout rate be 99%? Because half of all $PULL trading fees go back into machine payouts every hour. The machines don't have to fund 99% from pulls alone; the token's fee flow tops them up. The other half of fees buys back and burns $PULL.

Does the house take a cut? No. 100% of every pull price goes into the machine. The protocol never skims a pull.

Is it fair? Every draw uses Switchboard's verifiable randomness, and nobody running the protocol can choose or see the result in advance. The randomness proof is written to your receipt, so you can check any pull yourself.

Where do prizes come from? From the machine's own on-chain vaults. Machines buy prizes with the SOL that pulls put in. You can see every machine's inventory live.

I won an NFT or a card. Now what? You get a claim. For 7 days you can take the item or 85% of its backing in SOL; after that, the item. See Claims.

What's pity? A guarantee: at least a Rare on your 10th pull in a row without one, and a Legendary on your 100th. Mystery machines guarantee a new asset class every 10th pull.

Can I pay with $PULL? Yes. Any machine accepts $PULL, and the $PULL you pay is burned.

Why can't I pull on some machines? Machines holding tokenized securities are restricted in some regions.

How do I check the numbers? Every figure links to its on-chain source. Start with Verify it yourself.
